Description of the offer Sorbonne Paris Nord University (USPN), through its Department of Health, Medicine and Human Biology (SMBH), has been awarded a Digital Health Call for Proposal (CEP) through the Eurocampus Digital Health (ECSN) project. This call for proposals, led by the university, was won in consortium with the Théodore Simon Interhospital Training Institute (IFITS), the Higher Institute of Psychomotor Rehabilitation (ISRP), and the Eastern Francilien Institute for Physiotherapy Training (IFMKEF). The objective of the ECSN educational project is to provide digital health training for first-time doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and psychomotor therapists from the consortium's training institutes. The aim is to offer a continuing education program for these same professions located in the departments of Seine-Saint-Denis, Seine-et-Marne, and beyond. Reporting to the project manager, the Marketing and Communications Officer designs, implements, and evaluates actions aimed at increasing the visibility, awareness, and attractiveness of the project, both within the consortium and nationally. They coordinate marketing and communications initiatives with a view to development, strategic coherence, and impact. 1. Development and Management of the Marketing Strategy · Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify targets, opportunities, and levers for action. · Develop the marketing plan aligned with the project's strategic objectives. · Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns (content, distribution, targeting). · Produce associated materials (sales pitches, presentations, etc.). · Implement performance measurement tools and analyze results (dashboards, indicators). · Conduct regular sector and competitive intelligence. · Integrate the ethical and regulatory constraints related to the project. 2. Deployment of the Communication Strategy *External Communication* · Define and implement a national communication plan tailored to different target audiences. · Develop a dedicated budget, monitor and coordinate potential service providers (agencies, media, events, etc.). · Manage press relations and distribute content to partner media. · Analyze the impact of the initiatives undertaken. *Internal Communication* · Promote the project and promote the initiatives within partner institutions. · Collaborate with the communications departments of the consortium institutions. · Ensure the smooth and consistent distribution of internal materials. 3. Events Participate in the design and organization of events related to the project. Support logistics and communication around key events. 4. Digital Communication and Content Production Manage the project website (content, updates, SEO optimization) via WordPress. Design and implement the social media strategy: editorial line, publications, animation, moderation. Launch and monitor digital communication campaigns (social ads, emails, newsletters). Measure the performance of digital actions (Google Analytics, social media statistics, etc.). Coordinate the production of visual and audiovisual content (videos, promotional materials, graphic identity). Ensure proper implementation of the graphic charter and compliance with image rights. 5. Use specific communication tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) WordPress, Mailchimp / Brevo, Google Analytics
